  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened about 1 stick

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt optional, adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, use a fork to mash the softened butter until it is smooth and spreadable.
  2. Add the soy sauce, minced garlic, parsley, dill, and salt, then continue mashing and stirring until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, shape it into a log, twist the ends tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Slice into tablespoon-sized pats to serve.
