- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, blue cheese, onion powder, garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Gently mash the blue cheese into the base with a fork while stirring.
- Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the dressing reaches the consistency you like.
- Transfer to an airtight container, cover, and refrigerate until chilled. Stir or shake well before serving.

Notes
For a thinner dressing, add extra milk a teaspoon at a time until it pours easily.
To use as a thick dip for buffalo wings or veggies, leave out the milk completely.
Store in a sealed jar or salad dressing bottle in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Shake or stir well before each serving because the ingredients settle as it sits.
Do not leave the dressing at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Substitute red wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice if you do not have white wine vinegar.
Make it a day ahead so the garlic and blue cheese flavors can meld even more.
