- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Arrange the tilapia fillets in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with the salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Pour this mixture over the fish. Tuck the lemon slices both under and on top of the fillets.
- Bake for 11 minutes, then switch the oven to broil and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
