How to make maki sushi rolls step by step with detailed explanation. Easy way for everybody. You must to see it! Recipe details: Rice: 1.5 cups uncooked short grain rice 1.5 cups water 6 tbsp rice vinegar 5 tbsp sugar Cook the rice, using equal parts rice and water. I use a rice cooker, but you can also cook it on the stove if you don’t have a rice cooker. Put the rice vinegar and sugar in a small pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has melted into the rice vinegar. Once the rice is finished cooking, take the rice out of the pot and put it in the hangiri, or a large bowl if you don’t have a hangiri. Cool the rice and rice vinegar mix, then slowly pour the rice vinegar mix over the rice, using a cutting motion to mix it into the rice with the rice paddle. Make sushi!

Afghani Paneer (Cottage Cheese Recipe)

Recipe to prepare “Afghani Paneer”: Ingredients: 1. onion (long thick pieces) – 1 medium bulblet 2. cottage cheese cubes (paneer) – 250 gms 3. garlic – 20 cloves 4. green chilli – 5 5. ginger – 1 inch 6. tomato (chopped) – 1/2 kg 7. green peas – 1 small bowl 8. cooking oil – 3 tablespoons 9. turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon 10. red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon 11. coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon 12. garam masala (seasoning) – 1/2 teaspoon 13. salt – 1-1/2 teaspoon 14. coriander leaves – 2 stalks Procedure: 1. grind and make a paste of: a. 20 garlic cloves b. 5 green chillies c. 1 inch ginger 2. heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a pan 3. shallow fry the cottage cheese cubes (250 gms) for 2-3 minutes, and then place them in a plate 4. in the same heated oil, saute the diced onion and green peas for a minute 5. heat a pan on medium flame and cook chopped tomatoes (1/2 kg) for 5-7 minutes until soft 6. add 1-1/2 teaspoons salt to it; stir and let it cook 7. add the paste to it and mix properly 8. add these spices: a. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder b. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder c. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder d. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala (seasoning) 9. stir and cook for 2-3 minutes 10. add to it the fried cottage cheese cubes 11. add sauted onion and green peas 12. mix all the ingredients properly 13. make some space in the middle of the pan 14. add 2 tablespoons cooking oil and heat it for 2-3 minutes 15. put 1/4 teaspoon garam masala (seasoning) in this oil 16. stir and blend
